The final two stages of the “Inner” project under the direction of singer TI

News

The second single “Programs” was released on May 26th, and the entire EP on May 30th

The new single from singer-songwriter TI, aka Tiziana Felle, is around a never-ending love narrative. “Programs”, the song’s title, was released on all digital platforms on May 26. It precedes the publication of the ep “Inner”, signed by the same artist, on May 30. Following the success of her first single, “Rumors”, published on January 18, TI has completed her musical project, which is distributed by Angapp Music.

“Programs” dwells on the presence of oppressive loves from which you cannot escape, toxic loves, and unreal loves that can do significant harm.  Only when a crack occurs, an inner break, an insight that allows you to go inside and comprehend what you truly want do you realize you can break free from these deadly bonds. As if a strong light, like a glow, had suddenly appeared, allowing them to see everything clearly.  A sick relationship does not allow you to be happy, but the very concept of love, the experience of loneliness, the need to be loved, and, regrettably, anything, including self-respect, can. Focusing on this highly relevant topic, the track “Programs” was composed and written by TI, of which we love the voice and synth, Matilde Davoli produced the track, which was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Gianluca Caterina.

The first song released, “Rumors,” was edited by the latter, as was the third, “Void Voice”, which was also included in the EP and produced by Simone De Venuto. Three tracks, then, comprise “Inner”, an EP that maintains the multitude of our interiority, the unconscious intricacies, the voices, lights, and shadows, what motivates us to pause but also to contemplate about action and building. “Inner” thus contains the contradictions and emotionality, what we experience and live day after day, the inner fights, our crossing fears, weaknesses, and anxieties, and the fixed thoughts that resurface. But there are also the ghosts we fight, the deeper conversations we have with ourselves, the desire to emerge, the reflexivity, the beliefs we wish to protect at the expense of a society that homogenizes and flattens, the pride of diversity, and the joy of difference.

Tiziana Felle explains: <<In this episode, I speak of feelings, drives, those that are our thoughts and depths, the meanders of our mind and our inner world. I’m curious by how we feel throughout our lives, what drives us, what irritates us, what makes us smile, and why. The need to dig inside of me, to comprehend, not to look for shortcuts, but to face things head on, is part of my way of being>>.

After making a very young start on the national indie pop market with Teclo, TI, stage name of Tiziana Felle, spans in a transversal fashion over twenty years of the Apulian music industry, connecting her name to projects that are always sought after and have a distinctly international cut, frequently anticipating trends. Skill’s post-rock-noise and Fabryka‘s dream pop have taken him to major international stages, including SXSW in Austin, Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, Primavera Sound in Barcelona, Strawberry Festival in Shanghai, and Sziget Festival in Budapest.

She opened for Patti Smith, Skunk Anansie, Matmos, Vanishing Twin, Goldie, Timo Maas, Church, Gotan Project, Tiga, Subsonica, Afterhours, C.S.I., Giorgio Canali and Rossofuoco, Murcof, Perturbazione, Chicago Underground Duo, Karate, I To Be Used as a Sparrow, Yuppie Flu, Velma, Lotus, and Piano Magic. In recent years, she has developed her first solo experiences, in addition to her work with Fabryka. Boundaries, his debut solo album, was released in 2019 on Faro Records and produced by Dario Tatoli (Makai). His latest solo album Inner, out on Angapp Records, blends his enthusiasm for dream pop, ambient/techno/house, and film score music, focusing on the diversity of our inner world and its magnificent complexity.
